SRKK Sdn Bhd interview questions

The entire process comprises of filling up a number of forms required (Career History Form, Reference Check form), a DISC Personality Test and other supporting documents. Following that was a physical interview with the Marketing Manager, discussing my work history, the position I applied for, and the next steps. Did not get to the next stage which would be a second interview with the Marketing Director.

The interview went well overall. The interviewer was friendly, and I felt prepared for the questions. I also asked some questions about the team and upcoming projects, which seemed to go over well. One thing I could improve is giving shorter answers, as I felt I talked a little too much at times. Overall, I think I made a good impression.
