Interview
First step was an Initial screen with recruiter, It was followed by video call with the HM, who showed up late, it was a 20 minute call; They looked tired and annoyed throughout the call, like they could not be bothered to be there. Last step, was an onsite. thinking there would be an opportunity to ask some questions. Manager walked off saying they have meetings. Leader shows up and goes on a 30-minute monologue talking about how chaotic it is, and how others are abusive towards employees, regularly yelling at and calling employees names. Managed to get one question in midst the monologue rant "How is this behavioural issue bring managed as leaders set an impactful tone on culture?" response was: We just try to keep them away from the floor and do tasks ourselves so that there is minimal contact with staff on the floor. Then went on to use the "f" word and sharing how this role is not strategic but in essence it is an operations manager role. Then the recruiter rejoins going on another 30 minute monologue. Very odd experience overall but at least the abuse is talked about openly so that you make an informed decision.

Interview
The interview process was unorganized, rushed, unprofessional, and disappointing. I submitted my online application and within 30 minutes they had me on a video call - with no preparation or warning. I went in to interview, the people I met were great and we hit it off. They originally asked me to come in the very next day to interview as they were at the end of their process. After not hearing back for two weeks I checked in and was told they were outlining the responsibilities but they saw me as a good fit for the role. They then ghosted me.
