ST Engineering Info-Security interview questions

The HR was over 20 minutes late in picking me up from the lobby past the scheduled interview time, despite my arriving 15 minutes early and multiple follow-up calls. The hiring manager was also at least 10 minutes late and displayed a rather rude attitude during the interview. I am unsure why I was shortlisted if there was no genuine intention to consider my application.
