Applied to a different role back in January 2025 (didn't get it) but then I saw them post this role that better aligned with my background and experience so I messaged the co-founder on Linkedin (that's where our communication was through in January) to avoid doing the introductory video again. It worked and I got a zoom interview with the manager (mix of background questions and behavioral), was then asked to come in for an in person interview with manager and another team member (was also suppose to meet with the co-founders but they were busy). Good interview, interviewers were really nice and made me feel comfortable.
Got an offer by the end of the week but declined due to the role being in-office 5 days a week and the salary was too low to justify.
