      Strategic Sourcer Interview

      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SWIFT in Apr 2023

      Interview

I received an email confirming if I was okay with the salary and the location before the phone screening. Once I confirmed both, the phone screen was scheduled. As a recruiter and someone who has been on the market for a few months this was by far the most unprofessional screening. The recruiter was responding to pings, when asking questions, she would interrupt me to ask another question instead of waiting for me to piggy off the response. Mid way through one of my responses she then needed to remind me of the location and salary even though I had already confirmed both in email. I was in the mid way of talking about DEI and again interrupted. I just felt like I couldn't get much in and this was just a screening. She also had a meeting and at the end, didn't have time to ask questions. I suggest screenings be done via phone, no camera especially if the recruiter will be responding to pings throughout and not respecting your time or allowing you to get a sentence in. Truly disappointed in this experience.
