I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SWIFT
Interview
I had a phone screen and then an interview. After the interview I received a call from HR extending an offer. An hour after that call, HR called back and said that actually I had to meet with one more employee first. I met with this last employee who was the hiring manager or the hiring manager's boss and I thought it went well. Then I get a call from HR telling me that I no longer have an offer. Extremely unprofessional and not a good experience.

Question 1
Why are you interested in Business Development/do you understand what it is?
Had a phone screen and an interview and was told I was being offered the positon only to be called back and told that I actually had to talk to one more guy first. Conversation went well and then my offer was officially revoked.
After I submitted my application and received interest I had one phone interview with HR which took about 45 mins. A week later followed two camera interviews (45-50 mins each from my experience) with the hiring manager and an employee from the BD side.
