Interview
I had the opportunity to meet for an interview and another day for a test. The environment is real nice and the trainer teaching me seemed to be very cool. I did say but a few sentences to the manager before he got me starting to test. He didn't say much, towards the end of the day he started drinking with his staff still not saying much to me.
At the end of my unpaid 8 hour workday/"test" He said he would be sure to contact me the following week.
After a week, he unprofessionally ignores all my follow up emails and phone call.
Seemed like a good interview, but lacks communication skills.

Colloquio con AD e Presidente CdA, funzionale a valutare la mia motivazione. Si è trattato quasi di una cordiale chiacchierata, molto informale e per questo alquanto piacevole. Ho apprezzato molto la presenza dell'imprenditore, che ha creato l'azienda circa 40 anni fa, molto interessato alle mie competenze e a come poterle "sfruttare" all'interno dell'azienda, nel migliorare la gestione dei dipendenti, che considera la sua seconda famiglia.
