Interview
The interview process typically involves three rounds:
Assessment: This round often includes an online aptitude test to evaluate your problem-solving skills and general knowledge.
Technical Rounds (TR1 and TR2): These rounds focus on your technical expertise. TR1 might involve coding challenges or questions related to your specific field, while TR2 could delve deeper into your technical knowledge and experience.
HR Round: The final round assesses your cultural fit, communication skills, and overall personality to see if you align with the company's values and team dynamics.

Red Flag Alert: My Awful Hiring Experience at SYMB Technologies
Just dodged a bullet, and I want to warn you all. My recent interview process for a Junior Project Management Officer role at Symb Technologies was an absolute nightmare.
Aced Interviews, Ghosting HR:
Interview rounds - HR round, Assessment, Interview with VP, Interview with CTO, Salary discussion with HR.
Nailed every interview round, got showered with praise – the whole "perfect candidate" spiel. Then came the offer. Verbal confirmation, "offer letter ready," pressure to start in 3 days because the CTO supposedly couldn't wait. Sound familiar? Based on this urgency, I politely declined another offer. Big mistake.
A Week of Empty Promises:
For the next week, radio silence from HR. Every day, it was "tomorrow for sure" on the offer letter. Finally, after calling them out on the lack of communication, I get a call. Guess what? The position's cancelled. Unbelievable.
This is Unacceptable:
SYMB Technologies' entire process was unprofessional and disrespectful. Zero transparency, terrible communication, and a last-minute cancellation that wasted my time and cost me another opportunity.
Companies have the right to adjust positions, but it's a two-way street. When they pressure you for an immediate start, they owe you the same courtesy. Especially in this competitive market, fair treatment for candidates is essential.
Thinking About SYMB Technologies / ABM Technologies?
Think twice. Be wary of verbal promises, and get everything in writing before burning bridges with other companies.
