Interview
First was a technical test in Sabre office on which they were checking java knowledge, there were many questions concerning threads, there were also questions about unix and sql commands. After passing test there was an interview with technical recruiters, it was in the office as well. After that there were phone interviews with managers, and if any decided that you're good for his team, he took you in.
Online, very quick process of first HR screening then an interview with hiring manager. Questions asked were fairly standard and hiring decision was made quickly. Interviewed on Friday and got the offer on Monday.
Interviewer had clearly done research on my resume and experiences. Asked well-informed, low-pressure questions driven by genuine curiosity. Described the job and associated tasks thoroughly and answered my questions thoughtfully.
