Took a personality test and a drug test. They asked if I had experience. They asked if I could work different shifts and hours. Provided me scenarios of customer service problems and asked me how I would handle them.

Simple and straightforward with the usual questions they ask in an int er view. It was a fun job but stressful but mainly fun. Depends on your manager typically. Mine was fine

Pretty good, the manager makes you wait a little to test your patience but otherwise they ask you basic questions on your experience, though I was lucky enough to get a position on courtesy server.
