Fairly basic. There was one recruiter and asked fairly straightforward questions. I was almost hired on the spot because of how busy the store was and they needed the new staff.
Simple and straightforward with the usual questions they ask in an int er view. It was a fun job but stressful but mainly fun. Depends on your manager typically. Mine was fine

One interview they request the legal paperwork including ssn, work permit if it is an international, previous experience was not needed. They train you for a limited time of hours
