The question is quite easy. Its through online process. Just focus on the ARP4754A, potential stakeholders, lifecycle management, equipment protection, validation, verification, DOORS. You will know the result within 1-2 weeks. HR is friendly.

Tell me about yourself, ask me about time management for the project, and how you interact with people of different levels.
Two interviews. First: HR/fit, second: technical French speaking staff very difficult to understand even as they were speaking a mangled form of English. They staff didn’t present themselves as polite friendly people to work with.

How would fix this problems: fishing for solutions to their problems. Pretty certain there wasn’t going to be an offer as the question upfront before any other questions and was drawing on my Australian experience which they don’t have.
