I was sent an email from a recruiter so, that was a length process of going back and forth and asking me several questions. Then I was offered the option of doing a Skype interview. The interview lasted a bout 15 minutes where they ask you the general question and fill you in on the area. It consisted of the peri-operative director, and members of the surgical team, where each individual ask you questions. The next step after that is negotiating between the recruiter seeing if you are willing to float and then speaking on end with HR, they try to help you find housing before you arrive.
