Interview
Zoom meeting with what I believe was a recruiter. I was able to pick my own time and schedule. If needed, there was a rescheduling option. This was only the first interview, was told at the end of the 20/25 min meeting that if I was chosen, there would be another link to schedule a second interview within the next day or so.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Sailor Health in Jun 2025
Interview
The interview process was very lengthy, which was surprising for this role. There was a lot of work that had to go into it. An introductory video, followed by 3 more interviews. Preparation for a mock call in one interview, and then a 2 hour case study to prepare for the last interview. There wasn't any information provided for the mock intake, it was based solely on what I read online- and it wasn't reiterated in the email inviting me to the call.
The last interview was a case study review; however, other issues arose that felt somewhat unexpected.
After putting in hours of work on the process, I wasn't provided with a clear reason for not being chosen, which was very disappointing, as I was feeling very excited about the company.
