I applied for the position of Brand Manager/Program Director of two Salem stations in Philadelphia, and I was impressed with the consistency from interview to interview (4 in all). Each person interviewing me was professional, knowledgeable, asked me good questions and allowed me to ask as many questions of my own as possible. I found each interview to be conversational, candid, and helpful as I myself looked to better understand the position, expectations, and direction of the roles I was applying for. I felt each interview was engaging, focused but not rushed in any way.
Again, I appreciated the consistency of the experience for each phase of the interview process. Each interviewer had an individual style, but the core of the message about the company / the job, as well as the quality of the individuals interviewing me, was consistent. That spoke well of the company to me.
