The interview process was long, I went through 4 interviews but they all felt so natural. They really want to make sure they hire the right person for any job here. The company culture is amazing so they work hard to find people who will fit in with it.

Andy and Rob were very personable and thorough during my interview. The interview was very positive and informative. The employees that I observed working were very happy in their positions.

Interview
First phone call interview was suppose to last 20 mins- but lasted 40. Went really well and was asked to come into the office for next round. When I came into the office I was here for 1 hr 40 mins, getting to know the GM, answering questions, informing me on the position, then walked me around and showed me the office/staff. After this interview I had an interview with other employees via Zoom that I would be working with- this lasted 25 mins. Lastly, I got a call back offering me the position and offer letter. Overall, process was not stressful and everyone was super nice and open to learning who I am and what I am looking for in a job.
