Internal, straight forward complimented by an assessment then the personal interview. You get to the offices then you are taken for a briefing then an assessment follows. After the assessment you get called into the boardroom where you get interviewed by the CFO and her assistant. The interview is direct and not intimidating. They ask about your personal life and then after knowing about your background they ask about why you would like to get this job and all these other technical questions about databases.
