I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sanctuary Clothing (Burbank, CA) in Oct 2014

Interview

It was SUPER casual. I was interviewed by a designer and it was basically small talk the whole time. I was asked to do a project which consisted of filling out specs on a sample tech pack and sending it in. Overall the process took about one week and I was given an offer, I asked for more and they increased the offer very little.

Not a challenging interview very easy, i showed my portfolio the design director asked me to come again then I met some of the other team members and got a hired within 3 days of my interview, It's is quite easy to get hired, they didn't ask for any projects nor asked smart questions.
