      Interview

The interview process was extremely disorganized and lacked basic communication throughout. I went through five rounds of interviews over nearly two months and received little to no proactive follow-up during the process. Multiple follow-up emails regarding status updates went unanswered. It was also clear the teams were not aligned on the actual responsibilities of the role, as different interviewers described very different expectations and priorities. During my initial interview with the hiring manager, I specifically asked about a responsibility listed in the job description and was told, “That’s not even part of this role, that’s a mistake.” Despite that, the posting was never corrected. After investing a significant amount of time in the process, I ultimately did not hear back until almost two months later. Overall, the experience reflected a lack of internal alignment, organization and respect for candidates time.
