I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Santander (Madrid) in May 2019
Interview
It was an in person interview in which we discussed about my background, my personal projects and my uni studies. Then they asked me a fairly easy question related to queues and stacks, just to check that i knew something about software.
Quick 15 minutes phone call, 1hr technical stage (no live coding, theoretical questions). You can expect questions regarding SQL (you have to tell what displayed query will do), designing databases, JavaScript and TypeScript questions
Single round interview. 30 minutes call with questions around my technical knowledge and ability to work in an startup environment. Friendly interviewers. Got an offer shortly after the call and accepted on that evening.

Interview
