Virtual interview - competency based questions. 3 people interviewed me, it was structured but relaxed it It was an hour long with various questions which required you to answer using the STAR method.

Interview is about 15 minutes long and was on a teams call but this was in 2023 and called them back for interview feedback and they gave the offer, job started about two months after that so not immediate start

Interview
Firstly you have a number of online questions to fill in these include maths and data matching. Then you have a telephone interview with a few questions (around 20 mins). I successful you will be invited to the assessment day where there are more tests, role play and a face to face interview.
