I had an interview with the Manager of the IT department and everything was ok until he asked a question for a programmer. I consider it was not a question for the position I was applying for and specially if I did not know the programming estándar.

How do we know when a process has finished correctly to continue for the following process?
The end to end application process is really smooth with only one interview (2 interviewers). HR is very efficient in interview confirmation and advise you the result within 3 days. The interview is nice and ask reasonable questions
zoom interview with random unprepped questions with 2 interviewers They talked alot about the company culture prompting a response and only halfway started talking about the actual job which I thought was strange however they asked me scenario based questions which were quite standard
three stages of interview, one technical, two soft skills, very nice atmosphere, all in English, they asked about technical knowledge of software and the typical HR questions, I don't know what else can I add here
