2 hour interview with a recruiter and three engineers. They were very friendly and the whole interview was super informative and they asked questions to get to know me and my background better. Minimal technical questions, mostly interested in why I want to work in power and energy and what I know about the company.

The interview initially started with the hiring manager, and he asked me a few questions, but it just felt like a conversation instead of an interview.
