Sasmar Pharmaceuticals interview questions

I applied via linkedin. A few days later, the Human Resources manager contacted me for a first screening. The screening was positive, and the CEO then invited me for an interview. As it took place during the pandemic, I noticed that all the safety rules were respected, which made me feel safe and confident in the company. We discussed the position, my motivation and the interview took place in a very courteous way. The questions I received were related to conflict management, how I take care of customers, my flexibility and openness to other cultures since it is an international company. I found it to be a very professional and transparent interview. We discussed all aspects of the position, salary and benefits. I really felt that SASMAR was listening to my needs as a candidate. Finally, I did not accept the job because I was a bit scared of covid and waiting for the life saving vaccines to be available, and the manager was very comprehensive. A good experience.
