Very laid back. Young guys that seemed genuinely interested in recruitment . Had a lot of advice for a young college student about to graduate and find first job

What are some things that you do in your free time?
It seemed to be disorganized. After the interview they sent me an offer that was much lower than what I asked for. It also seemed like they already had their mind made up before the interview.
