Applications are via email.
Interview consisted of 3 tests - Financial Planning Exercise (what questions would you ask/how would you invest an amount of money, compound interest calculations), maths test without a calculator (fractions, ratios, areas, shapes, percentages), Personality/In-tray exercise, choosing responses to various emails received.
Passing those tests leads to an interview with HR. Standard competency based questions, nothing unexpected. This will lead on from the application form submitted.
Overall the company was cold and overly formal/professional, in small offices. HR were rude and overall the experience was unpleasant.
Passing this stage leads to a directors interview if you're interested, which I wasn't.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Saunderson House (London, England) in Jul 2019
Interview
Application form, CV and cover letter, personality test and numerical tests. Followed by an interview with HR and a final interview with directors.
Quite a lengthy process.
Very friendly HR who made me feel at ease during the interview process.
