The screening call was pretty standard. Then there was a round with the hiring manager who reviewed my qualifications and experiences to know if they align with the requirements of the role.

1. Videocall with HR (30 min) 2. Videocall with the head of department Lots of questions - no time for clarification around the role and what they are looking for in the next candidate. the job offers have been around for months and they don't seem to find the right candidate (do they know what they are looking for?)
