Follow up questions
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Scale (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2023
Interview
They reached out to me over email to interview for this role a couple of times. I agreed, got through initial phone screen. Second interview the recruiter cancelled the interview 5mins before then rescheduled and never showed up to the rescheduled call and stopped responding to my emails. Very chaotic.
Had many stops and starts with the recruiting team over the past few months. Random recruiters will reach out, try to schedule a follow-up, and cancel appointments. Not sure what's going on over there. Plenty of miscommunications.
