I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ScaleGrid (Vancouver, BC) in Apr 2022
Interview
Long- Took about a month,
Initial phone call
Interview with member from the owning PE Firm
Interview with a Consultant for Tech firm
Interview with the CEO (who is also a CEO for another Tech company with the PE owners)
The recruiter though-
I had gone through the whole process, it was a good process. However, the recruiter had said, "LEt us know your availability on the day after your final interview"
So I did, the interviews went well, the Scalegrid team was great (the CEO needs a direction as to what company to run, and not be double hatting)
The recruiter had said that the meeting with them was about the offer.
I had joined the meeting, waited 5, 10 minutes. Then I emailed the Recruiter.
They then responded via text message, that "they had sent an offer to someone else"
To get told via text, during the meeting that I was informed was the offer period, is unbelievably unproffesional.
