Scandia Bakery interview questions

There was no interview but I was told by coworkers that I was hired because I was attractive. It was questionable because I've seen the owner interview others. They did hire almost anyone, mostly girls though. Each time a boy would submit an application, the manager would take it and ask me and the other girls if we thought he was cute.
