Scape (UK) interview questions

Had an initial phone call then was asked to come for an interview, I though it went well, I then had another interview with two different people. They told me I would hear back within a week, heard nothing, I then emailed a week and a half later asking for a response…nothing. Even if it is a rejection I should I received an email confirming that

The whole process took about a week, from application to final outcome. Initial phone call before the interview, then two zoom interview with two managers. Asked situational questions and questions about your experience.
