The interview process was very poor and quick. It was taken by the CTO and a software developer. They asked nothing about computer science to really prove my skills. It seemed more a conversation than a skill-based interview. Finally they asked me if I had a permanent contract or a consultant and asked my current monthly salary. They didn't make any offer after the interview. They called me some days later.
The very low (or better absent) interview difficulty may be caused (it's a supposition) because they urgently need more and more developer as of the high employees' resignation rate.
