I received a call that they liked my resume and wanted to schedule an interview from there we set up a time for a Phone Screen. Brandt Day was possibly the worst recruiter. He was very uninterested and sounded very inexperienced. A rude individual overall I couldn't wait until the interview ended.

Great! They asked me many regular interview soft skill questions and I had a good conversation with my interviewer before and after the nitty gritty interview content. I enjoyed my conversation with him.

Interview
Met Schneider at College Career Fair. First phone interview is around 10 minutes just to get to know you. Second phone interview is 30-45 minutes asking behavioral questions. Last interview is on-site and is about 1 hour long. Very conversational and getting to know you.
