1. Describe a time that you found an unconventional solution to a problem?
2. How would you design a good search ad?
I had an initial interview with someone from the Scholastic team and then got an invite to a Super Day. The Super Day consisted of 2 one on one interviews and another group exercise. At the end of the day we were told when to expect an answer back. I never heard from them and months later, after following up also, I finally got rejected.
