Schroeder Insurance interview questions

Paul, the co-owner of the agency conducted my interview. He even said that he wasn’t good at doing these types of “things”, meaning interviews. He did not talk to me about my past work history or any of my strengths or weaknesses, he didn’t ask about the type of management style I like. He was very dry and not personable. All he talked about was the agency and what my position entailed, that was it. I got an interview quickly and only had one, and got the offer on the day of the interview.
