It was a competency based interview and presentation required at the start. They had recently introduced the HRBP model.
It was fairly straightforward and there were two interviewers present. I asked for adjustments due to having a recognised disability but it wasn't accommodated.
Long response for an email informing I did not qualify for the job. Approximately a month. Interview was about expected, typical questions for an interview. Process seems a bit slow to get off the ground
Clear questions, friendly interviewers, quite an involved assessment process requiring travel to Glasgow to take a very basic test I understand this was due to Covid as they previously were remote.
