Hiring managers reached out over email for a coffee chat prior to the first interview. The coffee chat with a HR representative went well, and then they offered an interview slot. Some individuals did not receive an interview at the coffee chat, but those who did were subject to a first interview with hiring managers.
Amazing interview. Very knowledgeable team and great experience. I would interview anyday again. Employee experience at its finest. Took time and really understood their culture and values. I think its a great fast paced enviornment but pay is a little low

Interview
i have only got into the phone screening, they sent me an email to confirm my time preference and it was 15-20 min maximum on teams with the hiring manager.
HR call followed by in person interview. Questions are mixture of situational and technical. Recommended to practice ahead of the interview in order to perform well and maximize chances of getting position.
