Scottish Rugby interview questions

2 stages, very nice people lots of situational questions. They really liked experience with working with other sporting teams. Were looking for quite a lot of experience for not a lot of salary and included working weekends when games were on.

Simple enough process comprising of covering letter, CV and interview with 4 panel members. Really focussed in on leadership skills and evidence of what sort of manager I would be and how I would manage my team. Really important you show passion for the job - don’t let nerves get in your way! Overall felt like a fair process.
