I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Scribbler (Oxford, England) in Sep 2025
Interview
Popped next door to the coffee shop where the manager asked me a few questions about my CV, my availability, and my previous experience. She was very nice and friendly. She told me my CV was 'literally perfect' as I had experience working with greeting cards at WHSmith, I have keyholder experience, I have cashier experience. All the things they were looking for.
They never called me about the outcome and when I reached out to ask for feedback on Indeed they ignored me.
I could accept being ghosted if the interview had gone badly but to have such a positive interview and then not even get a copy and paste rejection was Incredibly frustrating.

If I had previous experience working with cards and card planograms.
It was alright, the interview process was smooth and they said they would offer me the position and then never responded back. The interview process was great and I enjoyed it but it was the aftermath that was dreadful
The process was a phone in interview, where they have shortlisted me through resume and then called on. An HR person contacted me asking my preferences and basic understanding about the job. They then mailed me a sample report to write on myself. Upon submitting that, they have accepted me for a short term intership.
