Extremely unprofessional. You get the impression it’s complete chaos on the inside. Sure the crypto industry is largely like this but Scroll has made a series of poor decisions and it’s easy to see why this happened judging from the attitude of certain leaders
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Scroll.io
Interview
Once I shared that I had not worked in an HRBP model previously it was clear they were not interested in continuing my candidacy, even though I had shared this gap in my screening. The HBRP asked me 2 questions, seemed uninterested and ended the call early. I did not get my automated rejection till 2 weeks later even though I had spent a month in their process and this was my second time connecting with them about a role. Terrible process.

Question 1
Impact of an HRBP and understanding of the COE model.
Terrible experience, 8 round of interviews!!! Don't ever apply and waste your precious time. Seriously if you hold their tokens dump them immediately! People working there are so incompetent! Entire interview was set up so that they can interview as many candidates as they can, pick their brains and filter out the best solutions to apply to their problems. Difficulty is set to very high because they are unable to voice and explain their thoughts, or even ask clear questions.

To solve their problems on the spot, which stemmed from their pure incompetence.
