Initial screening call explained that it would be run as a informal, conversational interview with plenty of room to get to know the company. The interview proceeded to be a 30-minute grilling of back-to-back questions, followed by deliberately vague hypothetical scenarios. There were two interviewers scheduled, one was late, then said nothing until basically the end of the call. Didn't give any time for the interviewee to ask questions, did not allow for discussion of their toolsets i.e CrowdStrike/Splunk.
