Search Interactions interview questions

I was contacted shortly after I sent my resume and cover letter via Craigslist (maybe a day or two later). Co-president was a few minutes late to our 11am appointment. Short conversation with both casually dressed co-presidents who asked about my degree and work experience (didn't seem to have reviewed my resume prior to interview). Asked simple questions like what my career goals were and if I had any interest in potentially taking on the Account Manager role which is supposed to be offered after 3 month internship. Very relaxed interview which really embodies their company culture.
