Second Tree interview questions

It was a very long interview based on understanding my personality and skills. Also, they wanted to know how I would react to some stressful situations that could occur throughout the experience

The interview was conducted online. I found the interview to be deeply confrontational and toxic, with apparent contradictions in how their values were presented. The interviewer seemed to think they were using the highest principles, but it felt self-righteous. If you are an introvert, neurodivergent, or approach problems differently than they do, it can be tough-going. What a painful, upsetting experience.
