SecuriGroup interview questions

The interview process was very relaxed and straight forward. It was a face-to-face interview and the hiring manager had a warm demeanor. He clearly explained what the role required, and asked if I had any experience working as an event steward.

Misleading. So many false promises and job situation was made out to be way better than what it was. I stipulated how important it was for me to leave for my lunch which was all fine apparently until a few months in when I was required to stay in the building for it. They also made out that the pay was "so high" however when tallied up it wasn't that much more that minimum wage, I was just working so many hours that it seemed high when it wasn't. They also said you get sick pay, again they should have stipulated in the interview that this was that standard one by that state, not company sick pay, so in other works they don't have it. They also left out that you get zero public holidays and you don't get paid more to work them either.
