You are given an oral interview by the head of personnel, where she decides if you are sober, honest, and will stay for at least six months. After the interview, you are offered minimum wage and not guaranteed forty hours per week.

What jobs have you done? How does it relate to security?
Very easy. They had me write a report and the interviewer helped me correct some mistakes. They didn’t ask too many questions . She asked why do I wanna work for this company and that’s about it. I got hired that same day.
