The hiring process was very easy compared to other companies. I was able to walk in and fill out the application without scheduling an appointment; after almost a week I was called in for an interview with the HR representative. The questions for the most part were straightforward, and a written pre-test was given prior to employment to determine my understand of security and how it differs from law enforcement.
