It’s was a panel interview of 5 interviewers and about 4 questions were asked by two of the interviewers. The HOD asked most of the questions and the tourism specialist asked one question.

1. Tell us about yourself? 2. What measure will you implement to improve learners marks? 3. If there’s conflict amounts students what measures will you apply to solve the issue? 4. What 3 aspects of the lesson plan you find important? 5. How would you teach teach tourism practically?

Interview

The interview comprised of a panel of about 6 to 8 Senior lecturers, an HR person plus two Union Shop Stewards. Only one panelist conducted the interview. He asked me only 4 questions. The rest just sat there like zombies.
