I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Select Medical (Worcester, MA)
Interview
First they had me list a few references--They used some kind of reference checking software that made me list a couple of phone numbers. This reference software would send out a survey to each phone number and ask them a few questions about me as an employee.
Once I managed to wrangle up a few phone numbers (at least 2 required), they got back to me pretty quickly once my references filled out their surveys. Then, they did a zoom interview with me. After the zoom interview, I was onboarded pretty soon after.
