First- a short phone interview with the CFO. Second- a phone interview with the future direct manager (Ad Ops Director) about my CV and a little knowledge quiz. Third- a personal meeting with the Ad Ops Director that included both testing my knowledge and information about the company.
The meeting was pleasant, his questions were precise and he gave feedback after each answer I provided. His more 'personal' questions were relevant to the company's environment and helped me get a better understanding of the employees routine and state of mind. Overall the interview process was professional and on point.
