Phone screen with HR. Zoom call with hiring manager (AVP) 2 weeks later that was scheduled for 1 hour, went 90 min - felt like a great conversation.
Follow-up interviews included hiring manager's boss (VP), and 2 of hiring manager's peer AVPs. 1 of the peer AVPs wasn't someone I would have been working with, so it was awkward that they were part of the interview process.
